HBS research confirms that the late 20s and early 30s are statistically the most difficult era of a high-performer’s life. You’ve achieved the traditional markers of success, yet you feel bored, exhausted, or misaligned.

We'll cover the below presentation in 20 minutes, then spend the last 30 minutes live troubleshooting career/life redesigns with anyone who volunteers.

#### Presentation Overview:

• Warning Flags: Identifying exactly where your career misalignment is—Financial, Meaningful Work, Work-Life Balance, or Health.
• Your Ideal Career: We will introduce the concept of your "Unique Personal Legend" and discuss methods to find it.
• Paralyzing Scripts: Learning about the scripts fixing you in place and tools to uproot them and realize more agency.
• Fear Literacy: Learning the tools to rewire fear into fear management skills so you can make bold moves without the paralyzing "what ifs."

About the Facilitator:
Vas is an entrepreneur & amateur adventurer who left the grind to build her dream career. She's passionate about helping others escape, earn and reset- whether that's starting new ventures, redesigning their life, or switching careers. She currently guides African overland expeditions, startup & founder advisory, & career coaching to help people realize unconventional life and career paths.
